Delete rows

delete https://api.gigasheet.com/dataset/{handle}/delete-rows

Deletes selected rows in a file. The payload integer should be the row id (iterator #) of the row(s) to be deleted. The row id is subject to change and so best practice is to source it immediately before a delete.
