Return the number of unique tuple values in a list of columns

post https://api.gigasheet.com/dataset/stats//multi-column-unique-count

This endpoint will return an integer representing the number of unique tuple values among a subset of columns.
All columns rows in the subset will be assumed unique if there are more than 8 columns in the set.
